Forms must be submitted by the 5th of the month in order to guarantee payment in each cycle. Any balance associated to an account without a valid W-9 or W-8 will be held in your account until the next payment period or until the legal forms have been received.
Note: Please disregard this information if your account balance has not yet reached the minimum payment thresholds of $10 for PayPal or $50 for check.

When you have completed the tax form you can submit it by following these steps:
-Log into your account
-Click on "Tax Forms" under the "Account" tab
-Here you will choose which form to submit
